We ship all domestic orders via USPS priority mail flat rate for $8 and all international via USPS First Class Mail for $24. International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note we are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be incurred. Unfortunately, tracking is only available for domestic orders and is included in the shipping cost.
R E T U R N S / E X C H A N G E S
If you are not satisfied with your order, jewelry may be returned up to 14 days after purchase for exchange or credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number. Items sent back without return authorization may be refused. Shipping on returned/exchanged items is to be paid by the customer and must be sent back with tracking. Please include a note with your name and the invoice number with the return. Any returned jewelry should be unworn and in its original condition. LunaSol is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
R E P A I R S
Items will be accepted for repair up to 30 days from the original invoice. After that time frame they will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note we are not responsible for shipping charges on repaired items.
J E W E L R Y C A R E
The brass used in creating our pieces will patina naturally over time due to oxygen, oils on the skin and moisture. While we enjoy the aged look that comes with the oxidization, there are ways you can slow down this natural process. To keep your pieces looking fresh, it is best to store your jewelry in a plastic bag with an interlocking seal, cloth bag or jewelry box. Jewelry polishing cloths are also available and are an easy way to keep your jewelry nice and clean.
